breeder referral

The Sunshine State Papillon Club, Inc., offers a Papillon Breeder Referral service for both club members who have dogs and puppies available for placement and non-members looking to add a Papillon to their family.

Only Papillon breeders who are SSPCI members and who meet certain requirements, are allowed to list their dogs with Papillon Breeder Referral. The requirements are:

1. Be a Member in good standing for at least 12 months
    prior to listing.
2. Have signed the Club's Code of Ethics.
3. Have attended two meetings & volunteered for the club
    at least once during the year.
4. Places no puppy before the age of twelve (12) weeks.

It is up to the buyer to ask questions and make sure they are
comfortable with the breeder they have chosen. We urge you
to visit the place of purchase prior to making a commitment to obtain a dog. SSPCI will not be a party to disputes between
buyers and breeders at any time.
